The Flagship Campaign
The one film your brand is known by, and the ninety pieces of content that come out of the same week of shooting.

Why this exists
Most campaigns fail after the shoot, not during it. A brand spends six figures on a beautiful film, gets one master back, and then discovers nobody owns the job of putting it anywhere. The work sits in a folder. It is a car in a garage with no gas in it.
A Flagship Campaign is built backwards from that failure. We start at the business outcome and the channels it has to land in, and only then decide what to shoot. The hero film is designed from day one to survive being cut apart, so the :30 that runs on broadcast and the six-second vertical that runs on Reels are the same production, not two budgets.
You get the flagship asset and the whole fleet under it, and a plan for where every piece goes.
What’s included
Every part of it, in order
5 stages
- 01
Creative strategy
The outcome first, the idea second. We define what the campaign has to move and what it has to say before anyone books a camera.
- 02
Concept and script
Territories, treatment, script and boards. You see the film on paper and sign off on it there, where changes are free.
- 03
Full production
Crew, cast, locations, permits, logistics. Multi-day and multi-city when the story needs it. We handle it, you show up.
- 04
Post and versioning
Edit, colour, sound and music on the hero, then the full cutdown matrix in every aspect ratio and duration the channels take.
- 05
Rollout support
Delivery specs, a distribution plan, and the check-in after launch. The campaign is not done when the file is done.

No account managers, no telephone game. You’ll talk to the crew actually making the thing, from the first call to final delivery.
